Deforestation is a process in which a wide area of trees is cut down and even burned for human resources. Deforestation can lead to many eco-systems being destroyed - which can result in many species being on the brink of extinction or even actually being extinct. Many species of tiger, for example, the Sumatran Tiger, are in urgent need of help from specialists to escape extinction.
